What kind of traveller are you?

“If you reject the food, ignore the customs, fear the religion and avoid the people, you might better stay at home.”
— James Michener

What kind of traveller are you? The kind of travellers I admire the most are the ones with endless curiosity about place, people and the lives being lived around them, even during the difficulties that may arise when you are on the road, I believe it is a trait that serves you well.

The ability to see beauty in our united humanity and nature,  separates the traveller/explorer from the tourist for me. The informed traveller reads and questions continually what has been assumed or passed on as truths from our different cultures, breeding separateness and fear. Letting their curiosity and intuition guide them and staying open hearted to what shows up along the way.

Seeking to be the best guest or visitor as you roam, while you are encourage others to do the same. When you indulge your travel bug, your contribution will be all the richer for those who encounter you along your journey.

If your passport has been stamped a few times, you probably know that the surest way of keeping your travel tales alive is by reading and sharing your tales from the road, passing them along to other's and if you haven't yet travelled I hope that some of what I share sparks your interest into inspiration and you follow along from home or join me here in Morocco to create fabulous tales and memories together?
